Recently, Guo Nuo Technology completed the installation and commissioning of two ICS-17A electronic belt scales. After nearly a week of practical application, both belt scales have maintained the precision and stability achieved during installation and commissioning, with high accuracy, stable zero points, and comprehensive upper computer software functions, providing users with production and equipment management capabilities.
The client for this project is a company in the new material industry, primarily engaged in new material technology research and development, and non-metal mineral product manufacturing. The company is rapidly developing, emphasizing technology and quality, with large production volumes.
They focus on improving automation levels, applying automation equipment, and utilizing new technologies for information management. The two conveyors where the belt scales are applied are located indoors, are relatively long, flat without inclination, and surrounded by some mechanical equipment.
The conveyed material is quartz sand, with a belt width of 650mm and a large conveying capacity. The client's requirements include not only high precision and stable weight measurement but also the modification of existing conveyors to achieve controlled feeding while weighing.
Based on an understanding of user needs and the on-site environment, Guo Nuo Technology's pre-sales technical support team developed a plan for the ICS-17A electronic belt scales and corresponding control software.
Firstly, the ICS-17A electronic belt scales feature a four-idler double-lever scale frame, providing a long weighing area, strong filtering capability, robust load-bearing, and high stability. This design can accommodate the long conveyors and mechanical equipment in the environment, effectively reducing the impact of belt misalignment on measurement accuracy and ensuring higher weighing precision and stability.
Furthermore, considering the on-site conditions such as dust and machinery, Guo Nuo Technology has equipped the scales with a 304 stainless steel double-door instrument that is dustproof, moisture-proof, and short-circuit protected.
The sealed digital weighing sensors are resistant to electromagnetic interference, preventing dust from entering and affecting chip operation.
The dual-wheel trolley structure of the speed sensor, with rubber coating to prevent bouncing during operation, and a sealed design for dust and water resistance, ensures reliable performance in harsh environments. The structure of the ICS-17A electronic belt scales and the craftsmanship of its components demonstrate excellent adaptability to on-site conditions.
To meet the user's high precision requirements, the adaptability of the ICS-17A electronic belt scales to the working environment provides a solid foundation. Importantly, advanced technology ensures the high precision of the belt scales.
The digital weighing sensors are resistant to pressure changes and electromagnetic interference from frequency converters, outperforming analog signal weighing sensors in maintaining accurate and stable weighing signals, significantly improving measurement precision.
The belt scale's main unit is equipped with embedded software that features automatic zero tracking and zero setting functions, enhancing measurement stability. The speed sensor is equipped with a high-performance encoder for precise speed measurement.
To fulfill the user's requirements for quantitative control and data management of the belt scales, the scale instrument is equipped with controllable weighing system software, enabling users to achieve quantitative control.
Additionally, the instrument is informative, allowing on-site queries and displays of shift, daily, and monthly production outputs. The instrument also features a communication interface for integration into the corporate network, enabling data exchange with other information devices.
This allows managers to remotely view production data and the real-time status of the belt scales. To enhance the flexibility of belt scale communication, the instrument is equipped with a standard 485 signal interface, facilitating future information integration.
Finally, the consistent and reliable operation of the belt scales also relies on correct and proper installation and commissioning. Guo Nuo's after-sales personnel have extensive experience in equipment installation, ensuring correct and standard positioning and wiring of the belt scales for subsequent use.
