(3) The higher the demand for weighing and control accuracy, the higher the production quality. The quantitative feeder needs to be equipped with high-precision sensors and weighing structures, as well as high-performance instruments.

 

(4) The characteristics of the material directly affect the hardware configuration of the feeder. For example, materials with fluidity need to be equipped with material retaining plates to prevent material spillage; materials with certain adhesiveness need to be equipped with automatic cleaning devices to avoid repeated weighing due to material adhesion to the belt; high-temperature materials require high-temperature-resistant belts, and food materials require food-grade belts.

 

(5) The length of the production site affects the overall length and motor power of the belt feeder. The longer the distance from the discharge port to the outlet, the greater the motor power required.

 

(6) The on-site wiring will affect the wiring configuration of the quantitative feeder.

 

(7) The user's need to grasp production data determines whether the quantitative feeder needs to be equipped with corresponding software. For example, if users need managers to remotely grasp production data, an upper computer software system needs to be configured, and the instrument also needs to be equipped with a corresponding communication interface.
