ICS-ST-17 electronic belt scale installation and debugging completed, connected to coal production monitoring system

The ICS-17 electronic belt scale is a lever-type belt scale equipped with two weighing sensors, available in two models: ICS-17A (four-idler, double-lever structure) and ICS-17B (double-idler, single-lever structure). The ICS-17 scale features a robust design, a long weighing area, structural stability, and minimal horizontal force components, making it suitable for accurate measurement in harsh environments.

 

The ICS-ST-17 electronic belt scale is an upgrade based on the ICS-17, incorporating mine-used explosion-proof sensors and instruments. It is designed for use in coal mine environments with potential for gas and coal dust explosions, providing accurate and stable raw coal measurement.

Recently, Guonuo Technology successfully installed and debugged two ICS-ST-17 electronic belt scales for a coal enterprise client with high production volumes and stringent requirements for measurement accuracy and stability. To strictly monitor coal production and prevent overproduction or fraud, the scale data must be uploaded in real-time to the coal production monitoring system, necessitating seamless integration between the belt scale and the monitoring system.

 

The client's site features a long conveyor belt with a width of 1200mm and no inclination. The ICS-ST-17A, with its long weighing area, strong "filtering" capability, rigidity, and resistance to lateral and horizontal forces, effectively minimizes the impact of belt misalignment and material fallout on measurement accuracy, making it ideal for the client's site conditions.

 

Additionally, the S-type shear structure weighing sensor offers zero compensation, sensitivity adjustment, nonlinear compensation, and overload protection, ensuring superior stability and accuracy. Its stainless steel sealing provides waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion-resistant properties. The dual-roller rubber-coated design of the speed sensor, equipped with a DC pulse generator, enhances environmental adaptability and maintains stability in harsh conditions. Therefore, the ICS-ST-17 electronic belt scale meets the client's site conditions and accuracy requirements in terms of both structure and sensors.

 

The ICS-ST-17's explosion-proof instrument is highly intelligent and informative, capable of analyzing the scale's operating status and making optimizations to maintain overall measurement stability. In addition to easy operation, strong anti-interference capability, and fast computation, the instrument also features a communication interface for network connectivity, enabling real-time data transmission and sharing of measurement and operational data. This communication function allows Guonuo Technology's belt scales to integrate with the client's existing coal production monitoring system, enabling the client to monitor the measurement data of the two new conveyor lines through the existing system.

 

After installation and multiple hanging code verifications, the ICS-ST-17 electronic belt scale demonstrated an error rate of less than 1%, meeting user requirements, and has consistently maintained this accuracy level during subsequent use. The client expressed satisfaction with the after-sales services, including installation and debugging guidance, operational training, and ground-to-underground communication debugging, as well as with Guonuo Technology's belt scale products.
