Guonuo Technology's FSD Electronic Belt Scale is a highly flexible modular combination scale frame. Based on the site conditions, conveyor specifications, requirements, and budget at Changyi Ludi Iron Mine, a product solution consisting of two weighing idlers forming a unit module and equipped with four high-precision load cells was chosen.
The main site conditions and requirements were as follows: belt speed of 1.7 m/s, idler spacing of 1000 mm, belt width of 800 mm, belt length of 31 m, rated flow rate of 0-200 t/h, and a requirement for measurement error not exceeding 0.5%.
Based on the above conditions, the iron ore transportation volume was moderate, and the belt length was not suitable for a dual-lever structure with a complex scale frame and long weighing area.

In the first calibration, the zero value was 1.76, the instrument displayed value was 3.52, the calibration value was 3.64, with an error of 0.032, and a calibration coefficient of 0.85238; in the second calibration, the zero value was 1.76, the instrument displayed value was 4.18, the calibration value was 4.2, with an error of 0.0047, and a calibration coefficient of 0.88396; in the third calibration, the zero value was 1.76, the instrument displayed value was 4.3, the calibration value was 4.29, with an error of 0.0023, and a calibration coefficient of 0.87766.

After thoroughly understanding the site conditions, Guonuo Technology's after-sales engineers promptly formulated a detailed installation and commissioning plan. Following installation, six physical calibrations were conducted, with the errors in the last four calibrations all being less than 0.5%, earning recognition from the site.
After the hardware installation was completed, the after-sales engineers proceeded with the commissioning of the industrial computer belt scale measurement software system.
Given that the on-site industrial computer system was outdated, Guonuo Technology's engineers assisted in upgrading the system and completed the industrial computer software commissioning. Tests confirmed that measurement data and belt scale operation data were displayed in real-time, with historical data accessible and exportable.
