Based on the actual situation and Jieneng New Energy's specific needs, Guonuo Technology tailored a technical solution for the automatic coal sampling machine on coal conveyor belts. For example, according to the design drawings, the first conveyor pipe of the sampling head was supposed to fall vertically, but due to an obstruction from a steel beam on-site, the sampling head and collection box were modified to resolve the issue while ensuring on-site safety and application requirements.

 

Practical Application Effect Evaluation

After the installation of the automatic coal sampling machine on the coal conveyor belt was completed, it entered a trial operation phase. Jieneng New Energy organized dedicated personnel to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the sampling machine's performance and application effects, including sampling accuracy, work efficiency, stability, and failure rate.

After a period of continuous operation, the results showed that the sampling machine significantly improved sampling accuracy and efficiently completed sampling tasks without manual intervention. Additionally, the automatic recording and display of sampling data facilitated real-time sampling site supervision and subsequent data management and analysis.
