
Mining explosion-proof network cameras are primarily used in coal mine underground video surveillance systems. They feature infrared auxiliary lighting for clear imaging, with a transmission distance of up to 10km. This product is suitable for use in mines with the risk of gas and coal dust explosions. The camera has the capability to convert captured real-time image signals into Ethernet optical signals and Ethernet electrical signals for output. It also features infrared auxiliary lighting and captures images at a resolution of 1920×1080.
【Working Principle】
The camera consists of an intrinsically safe shell, lens, CCD, optical transmitter board, and wiring terminals. Light from the outside environment enters the lens through a glass window, focuses on the CCD chip of the camera, and the CCD camera outputs a full TV signal. This signal is then amplified and directly output as an intrinsically safe network electrical signal.
Additionally, the intrinsically safe network electrical signal enters the optical transmitter board, where it is modulated and output as an optical signal.
This optical signal can be directly output via optical fiber. The camera can clearly capture objects at a minimum illumination of 2Lux and convert the captured real-time images into optical and video signals for output.
