The KBA12S Mine-used Intrinsically Safe Image Processing Camera is designed for use in coal mine environments with risks of gas and coal dust explosions. As a key device in the coal mine industrial TV system, it provides real-time image monitoring of major production processes, important equipment, and key positions, utilizing wireless transmission. The camera is compact, lightweight, explosion-proof, shock-resistant, and moisture-proof, making it suitable for underground coal mine use. It can recognize personnel in the application scene and issue alarm information, achieving regional safety protection.

【Working Principle】

The camera consists of a shell, lens, CCD, wireless video transmitter, and terminal blocks. Light from the outside environment enters the lens through a glass window, focuses on the CCD chip of the camera, and the CCD camera outputs a full TV signal, converting the captured real-time images into network video optical signals for output.

The camera delivers high-quality monitoring images in low-light conditions, with a minimum illumination of ≤0.05lx, horizontal clarity of ≥400 lines, and a grayscale discrimination level of ≥7.

2.Intelligent Recognition

The camera features face detection, recognition, and capture functions, as well as scene recognition. It automatically identifies and captures images when personnel enter the monitoring range.

3.Data Conversion

It can convert captured real-time images into Ethernet optical signals and Ethernet electrical signals for output, offering high transmission efficiency and long transmission distances.

4.Tripwire Intrusion and Audiovisual Alarm

With tripwire intrusion detection and audiovisual alarm functions, it precisely identifies and detects personnel, automatically issuing audiovisual alarm information when someone enters the monitoring range.
