【Working Principle】

The KDW660/24B Mining Explosion-proof and Intrinsically Safe DC Regulated Power Supply consists of a shell, battery, transformer, switching power supply, intrinsically safe circuit board, and protection control board. An external AC 660V or AC 127V power supply is converted to AC 127V by the transformer and then supplied to the switching power supply. The switching power supply outputs DC 24V power, which is then supplied to the protection control board. After isolation and protection, the intrinsically safe power supplies of DC 24V, DC 18V, and DC 12V are output. When the external power supply is interrupted, the backup battery automatically takes over to maintain the output of the intrinsically safe power supply.
