
The KXJ660 Mining Explosion-proof and Intrinsically Safe Programmable Control Box (hereinafter referred to as the "control box") serves as the core of the automatic control system. It is mainly responsible for collecting operational information and device status of associated equipment, communicating and exchanging information with the host computer via industrial Ethernet, and centrally monitoring various devices. It is used in places with the risk of gas and coal dust explosions in coal mines as an automatic monitoring and protection control device for various equipment.

【Working Principle】
The external power supply AC660V provides power to the control box. The intrinsically safe power supply outputs DC18V (intrinsically safe) and DC12V (intrinsically safe) for system switch collection and communication isolation power. After passing through the optocoupler isolation board for safety isolation between intrinsically safe and non-intrinsically safe circuits, the intrinsically safe signals are collected and processed by the control box, which then outputs corresponding control signals to achieve device monitoring, control, and protection. The control box communicates with the computer via Ethernet to display device operational information and facilitate fault inquiry.
