With the development and widespread application of science and technology, the automation and informatization levels of traditional industries have been continuously improved. Metering and weighing, as an indispensable part of the production process, significantly impact production efficiency and enterprise management and control.
The building materials industry encompasses a wide range of materials, including cement, lime, wood, steel, etc., with diverse material types, large production volumes, and substantial raw material quantities. The metering of raw materials or finished products is complex, costly, and the weighing process affects production efficiency, quality, and the accuracy of sales settlement.
To strengthen material management, production management, and improve the accuracy of sales and trade settlements, the metering management of materials such as steel bars, sand and gravel, cement, concrete, and wood in the building materials industry has become increasingly important.
Utilizing electronic belt scales to complete weighing during the transportation of materials via belt conveyors can enhance metering efficiency. However, to ensure weighing accuracy, high-precision electronic belt scales are required.
Recently, Guonuo Technology has completed multiple application projects for high-precision electronic belt scales in the building materials industry, covering materials such as wood, cement, and steel.
The high-precision electronic belt scales used include the ICS-14A electronic belt scale and the matrix-type high-precision electronic belt scale. The adoption of different structural types of high-precision electronic belt scales is based on a comprehensive consideration of belt scale characteristics, site application requirements, environmental conditions, installation and application conditions, and user budgets.
The ICS-14A electronic belt scale is a four-idler, fully suspended, beam-equipped model with four weighing sensors. It has no ear shaft supports or moving parts, is relatively lightweight, and features a rectangular steel structure for uniform and stable force distribution.
Its accuracy can reach 0.25%, making it suitable for high-precision metering applications such as sales and trade settlements. However, its structure is fixed and cannot be flexibly altered during actual application, and it has high requirements for the installation environment, requiring a gentle conveyor with an inclination angle not exceeding 6°. Therefore, it may not be suitable for many harsh working conditions.
The matrix-type high-precision electronic belt scale also adopts a suspended, direct-weight-bearing structure but lacks levers, beams, or movable parts. It utilizes a multi-unit weighing arrangement to achieve weighing accuracy that can reach or exceed ±0.2%.
It possesses the advantages of the ICS-14A belt scale but is even lighter in weight and requires less maintenance. Moreover, it allows for the addition of weighing units during subsequent use to achieve more stable weighing accuracy.
It can withstand various harsh working conditions, accommodating conveyor inclination angles up to 20°, and has minimal installation space requirements. Therefore, it can be adopted in situations where high precision is required but the ICS-14A belt scale cannot meet the demands.
Additionally, Guonuo Technology equips its high-precision electronic belt scales with high-performance components, including digital high-precision weighing sensors, dual-wheel structure speed measurement sensors, and intelligent instruments.
These components feature strong anti-interference capabilities, high sensitivity, temperature compensation, overload protection, and real-time online monitoring functions, fully ensuring detection accuracy and stability.
In addition to high-precision metering functions to support production control and settlement in the building materials industry, production control also relies on informatization management functions.
The instruments of Guonuo Technology's belt scales are equipped with information interfaces that can be connected to enterprise information networks. They process and display data while completing transmission, allowing leaders to remotely view real-time and accurate metering data through belt scale upper computer software, query historical data and reports based on conditions, thereby improving management levels.
Guonuo high-precision electronic belt scales provide the building materials industry with more accurate and stable weighing and metering, serving as a basis for production control and sales settlement, and enhancing metering efficiency and level.
