Sintering production is a crucial process in the steel industry, where the proportioning of various ores, fuels, and auxiliary materials for sinter ore production, as well as the weighing of finished sinter ore products, are essential.

Belt conveyors are primarily used to transport sintering materials and finished products, making electronic belt scales indispensable in sintering production. The accuracy of material weighing and metering during the sintering process directly impacts the final production quality and efficiency.

Given the harsh environmental conditions and the complex and variable physical characteristics of materials at production sites, metering and proportioning errors often lead to unstable sinter ore compositions. Therefore, high demands are placed on the accuracy, stability, and data management of electronic belt scales to ensure the stability of sinter ore composition.

Recently, Guonuo Technology completed the installation and commissioning of the FSD high-precision electronic belt scale for the Baoye Xingang sintering project.

After on-site application calibration and debugging, multiple adjustments consistently achieved an error rate of 0.1%, surpassing the user's original metering requirements.

This user has been a long-term partner, having previously collaborated on the company's ICS-17A electronic belt scale, which delivered highly satisfactory results in terms of metering accuracy and long-term stability. The belt scale's upper computer software system also provided numerous conveniences for the user's production management and control.

 

For this collaborative project, which involved the quality of finished sinter ore products, the user had even higher requirements for metering accuracy.

Although the on-site conveyor had no inclination angle, it handled large production volumes, featured a wide belt, high conveying capacity, and large idler spacing.

After considering the on-site application conditions and the user's actual needs, Guonuo's pre-sales engineers recommended a single-group matrix-type FSD high-precision electronic belt scale.

 

The FSD high-precision electronic belt scale features a suspended, matrix-type structure equipped with four high-precision digital load cells. It directly transmits forces, has a light self-weight, and effectively resists eccentric loading and lateral forces. It has low requirements for conveyors and operating environments.

Although the on-site conveyor conditions were favorable, the potential for production-related disruptions was significant, making this scale structure highly suitable. Based on the site conditions, only one weighing unit was needed to meet the user's metering accuracy requirements, without requiring a high budget.

 

In addition to the scale frame enhancing metering accuracy, the FSD high-precision electronic belt scale is equipped with high-precision dynamic digital load cells that output anti-interference signals, ensuring long-term accurate and stable signals.

The speed sensor accurately reflects the belt speed without being affected by variations in belt speed.

 

Given the heavy workload of on-site production, it is challenging to perform meticulous maintenance on the electronic belt scale at all times.

The FSD high-precision electronic belt scale has a simple structure, minimizing issues such as horizontal surface dust accumulation and material jamming on the scale frame. It is equipped with an automatic online calibration device that allows for calibration without interrupting production, either automatically or through remote manual control.

Overall, it demonstrates strong environmental adaptability and the ability to maintain long-term stability. In summary, the FSD high-precision electronic belt scale eliminates the need for daily maintenance, simplifies on-site workload, and enables staff to focus more on production.

 

The sintering production site is often far from the management department. To enhance supervision of the production site, the FSD high-precision electronic belt scale is equipped with a belt scale upper computer software system.

Managers can access real-time metering data through their computers, analyze production conditions by querying historical data details or reports, and make reasonable production adjustments.

 

Finally, Guonuo Technology's after-sales engineers completed the installation and commissioning of the belt scale correctly and reasonably. The FSD high-precision electronic belt scale fully meets the production process requirements in steel sintering production.
