The ICS-ST-17A mine explosion-proof electronic belt scale is one of the models in Guonuo Technology's series of mine explosion-proof electronic belt scales.
It combines the features of the ICS-17A electronic belt scale with explosion-proof electrical products, enabling it to function in flammable and explosive environments such as those with gas and coal dust. It has obtained relevant explosion-proof certifications and is capable of dynamic weighing and metering of coal.
Recently, Guonuo Technology completed the installation and commissioning of the ICS-ST-17A mine explosion-proof electronic belt scale, and the project was successfully accepted.
Both the product's performance, application effects, and after-sales service received positive feedback from the client. The client noted that although the on-site environment was not ideal, posing certain challenges for installation, debugging, and operation, Guonuo's after-sales engineers, with their rich experience and technical expertise, resolved a series of issues during the process.
After a period of use, the belt scale proved to be simple to operate, with weighing accuracy meeting the on-site requirements. Real-time data sharing and accuracy facilitated remote viewing by leaders and enhanced management.
The scale frame structure of the ICS-ST-17A mine explosion-proof electronic belt scale is identical to that of the ICS-17A belt scale, employing a four-roller, double-lever, and two load cell configuration.
The multi-roller structure extends the effective weighing area, reducing the impact of the belt on weighing. The scale frame is robust, durable, rigid, resistant to deformation, vibration, and adaptable to mechanical environments.
The two load cells minimize the impact of belt misalignment on weighing. With good environmental adaptability, shock resistance, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance, it can withstand harsh underground application environments.
This long weighing area, sturdy, anti-misalignment, and adaptable belt scale structure meets the requirements of long conveyors and poor environmental conditions on-site.
During the installation of the ICS-ST-17A mine explosion-proof electronic belt scale at the project site, despite some challenges due to production and environmental factors, all issues were ultimately resolved.
Upon arrival, Guonuo's after-sales engineers received and inventoried the materials, completing the modification of two belt scales on the ground. After descending into the mine to inspect the installation location, they discovered that the spacing between the upper and lower belt frames was too narrow for installation.
They subsequently relocated the lower roller to ensure proper installation of the belt scale. After the scale frame was installed, due to aesthetic concerns, the installation plan was modified to lower the height of the bottom belt, providing sufficient space.
The two belt scale frames were installed after modification, followed by unified wiring, debugging, and calibration. During the debugging process, both weighing accuracy and the consistency of data between the upper computer and the on-site were verified to be problem-free .
After confirming that both ICS-ST-17A mine explosion-proof electronic belt scales were functioning properly, the client conducted on-site practical applications.
Guonuo's after-sales engineers provided training to relevant on-site personnel, covering daily use, maintenance, debugging, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of the belt scale, ensuring that users could independently operate and apply the belt scale.
Upon completion of the training, a signature confirmation was obtained from the person in charge before departure.
Guonuo Technology adheres to a conscientious attitude towards every project, maintaining a complete and continuously updated service process to provide users with satisfactory products and services.
