The coal mine drainage (automation) monitoring system leverages advanced PLC system control technology, online monitoring, and intelligent management and control technology to achieve operational monitoring of underground drainage pump stations. It features functions such as start-up warnings, fault audio-visual alarms, intelligent control, remote monitoring, operation management, and business management. The system aims to ensure safe, efficient operation and unmanned attendance of pump stations.
The system adopts a distributed control structure, with main equipment including the KXJ660(A) mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe programmable control box, TH1-18 mining intrinsically safe operation console, KJD127(A) mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe computer, KXJ660(B) mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe programmable control box, various sensors, actuators, and video surveillance.
1.Unmanned Attendance:
The automation monitoring system uses sensors and protective devices to monitor the drainage system's operational status in real-time, ensuring normal system operation without the need for personnel, thus reducing staffing and improving management efficiency.
2.Enhanced Production Safety:
By monitoring water pump operational status and sump water levels in real-time, the system can automatically start and stop water pumps, eliminating human operation errors and potential safety hazards, and ensuring stable drainage system operation.
3.Reduced Human Intervention and Labor Intensity:
The automation monitoring system, through remote monitoring and PLC control, achieves automatic start-stop and fault self-diagnosis of water pump units, minimizing human intervention and lowering labor intensity.
4.Energy Saving and Emission Reduction:
While ensuring safety, the system incorporates the principle of "peak shaving and valley filling" to control water pump operation, achieving efficient and energy-saving drainage system performance.
5.Data Analysis and Decision Support:
The system possesses data analysis capabilities, allowing for analysis of key indicators such as water pump efficiency and power consumption, thereby providing data support for mine operational decisions.
6.Strong Compatibility and Scalability:
The system can be connected to the mine's industrial Ethernet backbone via Ethernet, enabling information sharing between the water pump monitoring subsystem and the mine-wide automation monitoring system.
