
The Sampling and Sample Preparation Management System (SSPMS) is an automated, modular solution designed in strict compliance with national standards, integrating advanced technologies for precision sampling, preparation, storage, and analysis. The system unifies dispersed equipment and workflows into a seamless process, enabling fully automated operation without manual intervention.
The system primarily consists of a mid-belt sampler (or head-mounted sampler), crusher, belt feeder, splitter, sample collector, residue return system, and control system. It is widely utilized across industries such as power generation, steelmaking, metallurgy, coking, chemical processing, and building materials, specifically designed for sampling bulk materials transported via conveyor belts, including coal, mineral products, and coke. The system can be customized and reconfigured to meet diverse client requirements.
1.Complete Cross-Sectional Sampling
Equipped with a scraper-type sampling head made of stainless steel, the device features a soft-contact scraping plate at its lower end. The curved profile of the rotating bucket aligns precisely with the material-laden belt arc, enabling full cross-sectional material capture without damaging the conveyor belt.
2.Zero Empty Sampling Guarantee
The sampling head integrates mechanical and electrical dual safeguards to prevent accidental halting or misalignment within the material flow. Detection sensors ensure seamless integration with coal transport operations, eliminating empty sampling events.

Proprietary wet coal crushing technology ensures output particle size control (3–12 mm). An auto-cleaning mechanism prevents material adhesion, enabling smooth sampling for high-moisture or sticky materials with no blockages or spillage.
