Five Sets of ICS Type Coal Mine Explosion-Proof Belt Scales Put into Operation for Underground Belt Conveyor Measurement

The ICS type coal mine explosion-proof belt scale is a specialized device designed for automatic measurement and explosion protection in hazardous and harsh environments such as coal mine shafts.

It integrates advanced automatic weighing technology with explosion-proof safety measures, enabling stable operation in coal mine shafts characterized by high dust levels, high humidity, and the presence of flammable gases like methane.

Accurate measurement of coal conveyed by belts is an important measure to ensure production continuity and strengthen production supervision, contributing to improved economic efficiency and management levels in coal mines.

Due to complex environmental conditions and high safety requirements, traditional measurement equipment often fails to meet the demands, necessitating the use of measurement devices that comply with explosion-proof safety standards.

The application of ICS type coal mine explosion-proof belt scales not only ensures safe production but also enhances measurement accuracy and stability, providing reliable support for coal mine production.

Recently, Guonuo Technology completed the installation and commissioning of five ICS type coal mine explosion-proof belt scales at a large coal mine. 

The application sites are all underground in the coal mine, characterized by high production volumes, long conveyor belt distances, fast speeds, large flow rates, and wide belts. The conveyor belt length reaches 1050m, with a roller spacing of 1500mm and a belt speed of 3.15m/s.

Given the numerous influencing factors from conveyors and the environment, the coal mine required that the measurement accuracy of the explosion-proof belt scales should not exceed 1.0%, with the crucial requirement of maintaining long-term precision stability under simple maintenance conditions, avoiding significant fluctuations in accuracy values.

 

Currently, the five ICS type coal mine explosion-proof belt scales installed by Guonuo Technology have been put into operation and have demonstrated remarkable performance. 

They meet the coal mine's requirements in terms of measurement accuracy, stability, reliability, operation, and application functionality.

Firstly, the measurement accuracy of all explosion-proof belt scales is superior to the 1.0% requirement set by the coal mine, and this accuracy level is stably maintained without maintenance, with zero point values ranging stably between 4.42 and 4.64 and interval values between 1.00 and 1.01, verifying their accuracy and stability.

Secondly, the explosion-proof belt scales can accurately display real-time coal production data and synchronously transmit it to the surface production monitoring center or provide the data to the coal mine's existing production monitoring systems for integrated and unified management.

Additionally, operators at the coal mine production site have reported that the explosion-proof belt scales are very easy to operate, and they can quickly master and fully utilize various functions after receiving training from the company.

 

In summary, the five ICS type coal mine explosion-proof belt scales installed and commissioned by Guonuo Technology have performed exceptionally well in practical applications, effectively meeting the requirements for belt conveyor measurement, production monitoring, and data statistical analysis in hazardous areas such as coal mine shafts. They not only provide strong technical support for coal mine production management and production statistical analysis but also contribute to ensuring safe production and improving economic efficiency in coal mines.
