After comparing actual production data, its measured production volume error is only nine ten-thousandths compared to the actual production data, far exceeding the customer's accuracy requirements.
At the copper mine production site, there are three belt conveyors with three belt scales numbered 7, 8, and W1. According to on-site feedback, the actual production volume should be the sum of W1's production volume and belt scale 8's production volume, equaling belt scale 7's production volume. On-site verification was conducted through physical calibration comparison from 9:00 AM on October 22nd to 9:00 AM on October 29th. Belt scale 7 recorded a weekly production volume of 135,029 tons, belt scale 8 recorded 12,216 tons, and belt scale W1 recorded 122,687 tons.
The sum of W1 (122,687 tons) and belt scale 8 (12,216 tons) equals 134,903 tons, with a difference of 126 tons from belt scale 7's production volume (135,029 tons). The error percentage is calculated as (error) 126 tons / (belt scale 7's production volume) 135,029 tons * 100 = 0.0933%, or nine ten-thousandths, which is significantly better than the required error range of two thousandths.

These factors, including wide belt width, large conveying volume, and significant inclination angle, can cause significant belt tension variations and affect the measurement accuracy of the belt scale.
The Guonuo high-precision belt scale employs a new "internal force theory" and "belt effect theory" in its structural design. It utilizes two weighing idlers equipped with four high-precision weighing sensors as a single weighing unit module, with no crossbeams or levers connecting the modules, effectively canceling out belt tension variations and avoiding their impact on measurement accuracy.
This compact scale structure enhances its adaptability to conveyor belts with large inclination angles, while an inclination angle detection feature allows it to accommodate conveyors with steep inclines.
In addition to conveyor conditions, the copper mine operation site has high dust content, which can easily cause dust accumulation on the belt scale, along with other mechanical and electromagnetic interferences that are unfavorable for belt scale measurement. The Guonuo high-precision belt scale effectively addresses these factors, ensuring accuracy and stable application.

The high-precision belt scale has minimal mechanical components, is lightweight, lacks crossbeams and levers, and has a small horizontal surface area, minimizing dust accumulation.
Furthermore, the sensors and instruments are equipped with anti-impact, anti-corrosion stainless steel sealed explosion-proof enclosures, effectively preventing dust ingress. The weighing sensors use analog-to-digital converters to convert signals into digital form, effectively resisting electromagnetic and other interferences, ensuring accurate and reliable signal transmission.
In addition to its excellent environmental adaptability and anti-interference capabilities, the Guonuo high-precision belt scale instrument features intelligent monitoring and diagnostic functions. In case of faults or abnormal measurement conditions, it promptly alerts personnel for maintenance and provides diagnostic results, including causes and timestamps.
