The project construction site is located in Baimiao Village, Xinshi Town, Mianzhu City, Deyang City, Sichuan Province. To ensure that the electronic belt scales were put into operation according to the client's production schedule, Guonuo's after-sales engineers communicated in advance with the on-site supervisor regarding various matters, including product materials, installation plans, preparation of equipment for installation, and arrangement of auxiliary personnel.

Upon arrival at the project site, the company's after-sales engineers conducted an inventory of materials and confirmed the installation location and plan. After on-site inspection, it was found that the inclination angle of the conveyor was not significant and relatively gentle.

Regarding the installation process, due to the detailed understanding and installation plan established in advance, the overall process went smoothly. Guonuo's after-sales engineers first installed the frames of the eight electronic belt scales. After confirming that all belt scale frames were installed correctly, they proceeded with the overall wiring and power supply.
On the seventh day of construction, taking advantage of a non-operational production period, they conducted load cell calibration for the first five electronic belt scales.
After passing the load cell calibration, they proceeded with physical calibration. Ultimately, after nearly a week of multiple physical tests, they observed the weighing accuracy and communication of each electronic belt scale to ensure that every unit was qualified, stable, and displayed accurate data.
After confirming that all eight electronic belt scales were operating correctly and the data was accurate, Guonuo's after-sales engineers provided training to the on-site supervisor and operators, covering product operation, calibration methods, maintenance and repair techniques, common fault types, and troubleshooting procedures, ensuring that the client could independently operate and maintain the products thereafter.
