Activities such as raw material procurement, product processing, and finished product sales involve the weighing and metering of large quantities of bulk materials, with multiple metering process links, management challenges, complex workflows, and uncertain harsh working conditions.
Additionally, building materials require efficient and accurate weighing and metering as well as data to strengthen production supervision, sales settlement, and raw material consumption calculations. Thus, the significance and value of accurate, stable, intelligent, and efficient weighing and metering for building materials production enterprises are evident.
Guonuo has completed a high-precision electronic belt scale project for a building materials production enterprise. Feedback from the production site indicates that Guonuo's high-precision electronic belt scales offer high metering accuracy, excellent long-term stability, minimal maintenance requirements, and are simple to operate.
The belt scales also provide rich functions for production supervision and data reporting, facilitating remote management by leaders without the need for additional employee reports.

This enterprise primarily produces building materials, particularly new types of building materials, and is located in Chenzhou City, Hunan Province.
It currently operates three production lines. There are three conveyor lines on site, with a belt conveyor capacity of 100 tons per hour, a belt width of 600 mm, a roller spacing of 800 mm, and a conveyor inclination angle of approximately 6°.
Among these, two raw material conveyor lines require electronic belt scales to meter the incoming raw materials, while one finished product conveyor line uses an electronic belt scale to meter outgoing shipments. All three conveyor lines are critical weighing and metering points for the building materials enterprise, and the accuracy and reliability of the electronic belt scales directly impact the company's economic benefits.
Additionally, one of the conveyor lines at the customer's site previously had an electronic belt scale installed, but it suffered from insufficient anti-interference capabilities, consistently exhibited inadequate accuracy, poor stability, and required frequent calibration checks.
Moreover, the metering data could not be printed, causing significant inconvenience for the company. For this project, in addition to installing belt scales on two conveyor lines, the existing conveyor line also needed to be retrofitted with a Guonuo high-precision electronic belt scale.

From installation and commissioning to practical application over a period of time, the Guonuo high-precision electronic belt scale has met customer requirements in all aspects:
1.High Precision and Stability with Future Expandability: The high-precision belt scale employs a modular scale frame with high accuracy. Based on customer precision requirements, site conditions, material characteristics, and conveying capacity, a single set of weighing units suffices.
After three calibration checks with hanging weights, the interval values remained stable at 1.010850, with errors consistently below 0.5%, and zero-point values stable between 3.615568 and 3.616816.
Subsequent physical comparisons confirmed that the error range remained consistently within acceptable limits. Notably, if customer requirements change in the future, the high-precision belt scale can flexibly increase weighing modules to enhance metering accuracy without requiring replacement of the entire belt scale.
2.Strong Anti-Interference Capability, Real-Time Accurate Data, and Convenient Management: The high-precision belt scale is equipped with four high-precision weighing sensors per weighing module, enhancing anti-interference capabilities during signal transmission and ensuring accuracy.
Regarding management functions, on-site personnel can view metering data and belt scale operation status through the instrument, while managers can remotely access real-time metering data and equipment status via a PC terminal and export statistical data reports. Both on-site instruments and PC-end systems support printing operations.
3. Simple Operation and Low Maintenance: The high-precision belt scale features a stable structure with minimal horizontal surface area, addressing issues of dust accumulation in the environment. Even without daily cleaning, zero-point changes are negligible. The calibration check cycle is shortened, and operations are simpler, resolving issues of frequent maintenance and calibration.
Overall, the Guonuo high-precision electronic belt scale has met the production metering and management needs of the building materials industry, offering high precision, stable performance, low maintenance, and enhanced remote supervision capabilities for the enterprise.
