The measurement accuracy of the FSD High-Precision Combined Belt Scale can be consistently maintained at ±0.2% over the long term. The combined belt scale employs third-generation dynamic weighing technology with real-time calibration across multiple scales.

Each weighing unit consists of two weighing idlers equipped with four high-precision load cells (the weighing unit can even be considered as a separate scale), and multiple units can be arranged and combined according to actual conditions to form a weighing platform.

The units are independent of each other, with no friction or force transmission losses between them, resulting in a qualitative leap in measurement accuracy and stability.

Coupled with digital load cells featuring strong anti-interference capabilities, full assurance of load signal accuracy, automatic linear compensation, temperature compensation, and the intelligent belt scale instrument ndependently developed by Guonuo, the combined belt scale maintains accurate and reliable precision with long-term maintenance-free operation.

 

The FSD High-Precision Combined Belt Scale achieves "extreme simplification." Its scale frame structure adopts a beam-free, lever-free, and modular combination design, allowing for multi-segment weighing based on user requirements for measurement accuracy and conveyor length.

The scale body structure is extremely simple, meeting high-precision requirements at production sites while facilitating easy installation, debugging, and maintenance.

 

The FSD High-Precision Combined Belt Scale significantly reduces maintenance and calibration workload.

Firstly, its inherent stability and strong environmental adaptability, along with a small horizontal surface area that minimizes the impact of dust accumulation on weighing, greatly reduce daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Secondly, with fewer mechanical components, there is a reduced likelihood of material blockage and deformation due to impact, resulting in less maintenance for mechanical parts.

Additionally, the intelligent belt scale instrument features one-click calibration, real-time online zeroing, and other functions, with built-in calibration methods such as hanging code, chain code, and physical calibration, reducing calibration frequency and simplifying calibration operations.

Finally, the intelligent instrument also provides online monitoring, intelligent diagnostics, and automatic alarm functions, continuously monitoring the operational status of all weighing units and components, immediately alerting and recording fault information upon detection, aiding maintenance personnel in quickly resolving issues.

 

The FSD High-Precision Combined Belt Scale offers additional management functions. On one hand, measurement data can be shared in real-time, allowing leaders to remotely view and monitor equipment operation status and measurement data through software systems, in addition to on-site data inquiry via the instrument.
