In the iron ore deep processing industry, iron ore extraction involves a series of processes such as crushing, screening, grinding, and classification. During these processes, the iron ore is transported via belt conveyors into the processing flow. To monitor production, it is essential to weigh the iron ore, with more accurate weighing results leading to more precise input and output data for production.
An efficient method for weighing iron ore during transportation is the use of electronic belt scales, which enable continuous and dynamic weighing while the conveyor is operating. Furthermore, to ensure weighing accuracy, high-precision electronic belt scales are commonly used in iron ore deep processing, and these scales must also provide information management functions to support the tracking of processing data and the calculation of input and output.
Guonuo Technology has designed and manufactured the FSD high-precision electronic belt scale for applications requiring high-accuracy weighing, such as trade and production processing. This belt scale is capable of adapting to various complex and harsh environments and conveyor conditions, providing high-accuracy and stable weighing results. The embedded belt scale instrument software and the belt scale upper computer software provide reliable data support for weighing management.
Recently, Guonuo Technology completed an application case in iron ore deep processing. According to customer feedback, the FSD high-precision electronic belt scale has provided accurate and reliable weighing results even when used outdoors with minimal maintenance and repairs. Since the implementation of the Guonuo high-precision belt scale, field personnel have been able to monitor the weight of iron ore in real-time, and leaders can directly view the data from their offices. Both real-time and historical data, including various data reports, are now available without the need for manual collection and reporting, significantly improving work efficiency.
When Guonuo Technology initially provided the customer with a proposal, two options for the FSD high-precision electronic belt scale were offered. The first option was to use a set of matrix high-precision fully suspended scale frames with four digital load sensors. The second option was an upgraded version with two sets of matrix high-precision fully suspended scale frames, each equipped with four digital load sensors. The second option offers higher precision, better stability, and a measurement accuracy of within 0.5% even for outdoor applications. Additionally, its cost-effectiveness is superior to similar products inquired by the customer.
Considering the outdoor application of the belt scale and the suboptimal conditions of the conveyor, which have a significant impact on the scale's performance but also require high accuracy, the customer ultimately chose the two-set matrix high-precision fully suspended belt scale. The scale frame has a simple structure, and its usage and software management meet the needs of field application and management, demonstrating its product advantages. It requires minimal daily maintenance, the instrument operation is straightforward, and the data provided is comprehensive. Data can be queried based on criteria such as shifts, and dates. Leaders can log in to the system via computer to view on-site weighing data, including the belt scale's operating status and various data reports, which greatly aids production adjustments. In case of issues at the weighing site, relevant personnel can receive alerts, enhancing the timeliness of problem resolution.
In summary, based on feedback from practical application cases, Guonuo's FSD high-precision electronic belt scale demonstrates clear advantages in the field of iron ore deep processing. It positively contributes to both weighing operations and production management, significantly improving work efficiency.
