Monitoring Process of the System

a. The system consists of multiple independently operating electronic belt scale units.

b. Each scale controller outputs switch signals based on preset values to start/stop processes, enabling automatic quantitative control.

c. Weighing data is transmitted to local industrial computers, displaying cumulative weight and instantaneous flow rates. System software generates shift, daily, and monthly reports for direct printing.

d. Equipment status signals (e.g., belt operation) are collected. Local computers connect to the dispatching center’s remote terminals, allowing staff to query production/equipment data and manage multi-user oversight via LAN connectivity.
