Project introduction：The customer is an intermediary and the end customer is Linhuan Power Plant, with a large production capacity. We have been promoting refined management and have high requirements for the measurement accuracy and stability of electronic belt scales. This time, three coal-fired belt conveyors need to be equipped with electronic belt scales to weigh and measure the coal entering the furnace, for user coal consumption statistics and economic accounting. Two of them have a small inclination angle, large installation and application space, and fewer interference factors. The other conveyor has a large inclination angle, limited application space, and more interference factors. The former is equipped with an ICS-17A belt scale, while the latter is equipped with a high-precision belt scale with a combination scale frame and two weighing unit modules.

Usage information：Although the on-site working conditions are poor, the measurements of the three belt scales are very accurate and stable, and the accuracy and zero point value have not changed since their application. The data function is complete, and it can be integrated with other systems, making management more convenient.
