1. Dynamic Metering:

Dynamic metering refers to the feeder's ability to automatically and accurately measure the weight of conveyed materials during the material conveying process using electronic automatic weighing technology.

The feeder employs advanced high-precision digital weighing sensors with excellent anti-interference and protective capabilities, enabling rapid and accurate detection of material flow weight even in harsh industrial environments.

The overall structure of the feeder is highly durable, minimizing the impact of invalid loads on the weighing structure and system, providing appropriate range and sensitivity, and effectively reducing the influence of mechanical vibrations and other factors on metering during equipment operation.

 

2. Real-Time Control:

The feeder utilizes powerful control instruments with dual PID and PLC control capabilities to stably control the load or feed rate. It can set PID response times and adjustment ranges according to different production processes and formulation requirements, continuously comparing the measured quantity with the set parameters during material transfer and automatically controlling the feed rate.

Through connection with the host control system, the feeder can receive control instructions in real time, enabling remote control.

 

The weighing feeder takes a series of measures to fully ensure the accuracy and long-term stability of dynamic metering and real-time control.

Additionally, the feeder can be equipped with corresponding software systems for remote monitoring, control, and querying of production data. It can also be integrated with other production management systems for unified management.

 

Based on its functions, the weighing feeder is applicable to various industrial production scenarios requiring quantitative feeding, such as automatic batching and loading. Compared to traditional operating methods, it offers higher precision and stability, providing more reliable and continuous material supply services to ensure production continuity and stability.
