After swiping the card, the weighing information of the vehicle is automatically uploaded and stored on the server. During the weighing process, intelligent voice prompts are provided, and the passage gate automatically opens upon completion of weighing. If the vehicle does not park in accordance with regulations, weighing cannot proceed, preventing fraud involving vehicles or scale operators.

 

The unmanned weighbridge system employs computer information technology to enhance weighing management. Data on the vehicle weighing process and operation records are automatically transmitted and stored.

Office personnel can view real-time data or query historical data. The terminal software features strict permission management and data encryption to safeguard against data leakage and tampering, ensuring data accuracy.

Authorized personnel can query and print weighing data or reports through local or remote upper computers, improving supervision.
