The system integrates electronic belt weighers, PLC controllers, and host computers to form an information network. The PLC controller enables real-time control of conveyor equipment and the weighing and batching process, facilitating intelligent and information-sharing connections between devices.

Material weighing and batching are completed on-site, while various production data are automatically transmitted, stored, and analyzed. On-site instruments can query instantaneous flow rates, cumulative flow rates, shift information, etc.

The host computer software automatically generates daily, monthly, and shift reports, including shift details, operators, dates, recipes, and the batching amounts of various materials, providing a basis for product cost accounting, quality analysis, production scheduling, and other modern management tasks.

 

The automatic belt weighing and batching control system is a product of modern industrial development and has become a vital production process in refined factory production. It enhances production efficiency and product quality while offering more scientific means for production management.
