In production activities such as building materials, coking, and chemical industries, several materials are often mixed in proportion. Based on the demand for industrial production batching and leveraging its expertise in industrial bulk material dynamic metering and automation control technology, Guonuo Technology has designed and manufactured a belt type metering feeder.

This feeder is capable of automatic bulk material conveyance, dynamic weighing, and automatic quantitative control, integrating computer management technology to complete automated batching of bulk materials, improving batching efficiency and quality, reducing labor intensity, and enhancing the level of production management and control informatization.

System Characteristics of the Belt Type Metering Feeder:

 

1. Configurable Multiple Feeders: According to the user's production site conditions, multiple feeders can be configured, with instruments integrated into the control cabinet to control several material lines. Batching can be controlled centrally or individually for each line.

2. Centralized and Remote Operation: Each material line can be weighed separately, but centralized operation and control can be achieved through the control cabinet or the upper computer of the batching system, enabling remote management and control.

3. Stable and Durable Mechanical Components: The mechanical components of the feeder are configured according to actual needs, ensuring stability and durability. High-precision digital weighing sensors are equipped for high batching accuracy and stability.

4. High Automation Level: Automatic zero adjustment, automatic calibration, and real-time monitoring ensure metering and control stability. It features automatic sound and light alarms and can be set to automatic batching mode, where batching is completed automatically without manual intervention.

5. Dynamic and Visualized Central Control: The central control operating program can dynamically and visually display real-time operating conditions and data parameters, allowing relevant personnel to remotely grasp the batching status in real time.

6. Simple Operation: The feeder offers multiple operating modes, including automatic and manual. In fully automatic mode, no human intervention is required. Both the feeder instrument interface and the upper computer software system interface use menu-guided operations, making them easy to use.

7. Comprehensive Batching Data Reports: The upper computer software system provides comprehensive batching data reports, and historical data can be queried by shift, year/month/day, etc.

8. Reliable Operation: The feeder is designed based on the user's site conditions, adapting to actual production situations. It uses high-quality components and industrial-grade manufacturing, ensuring durability. Except for natural production stops, it can maintain continuous operation with simple maintenance as required, ensuring production.

9. Easy Maintenance: The internal components of the feeder adopt a modular structure with contact connections, making inspection and maintenance convenient.
