The electronic belt scale is a device for continuous dynamic weighing of materials conveyed on belt conveyors. The multi-idler double-lever electronic belt scale effectively solves the problems faced by single-idler belt scales. The Guonuo Technology ICS-17A electronic belt scale is a four-idler, double-lever type that employs two tension sensors and outer supports with frictionless pivot points, effectively overcoming the impact of off-center loads and slopes on accuracy, and demonstrating stronger environmental adaptability. This multi-idler, double-lever electronic belt scale adopts two sets of symmetrical levers and multiple weighing idlers, offering advantages such as high measurement accuracy, stable performance, good environmental adaptability, and less limitation on weighed materials, which is increasingly recognized by various industries.

1. High Measurement Accuracy

The ICS-17A electronic belt scale features a symmetrical double-lever structure. When the belt conveyor is operating, the horizontal components of belt tension exert opposite moments on the two pivot points of the scale frame, canceling each other out and thus eliminating the impact of belt tension and pivot point symmetry on weighing accuracy, naturally enhancing measurement precision.

The multi-idler double-lever scale has more sets of weighing idlers, which increases the effective weighing section. The scale frame is long and sturdy, improving its resistance to interference. The longer weighing section acts as a "filter" for uneven material flow, resulting in a more uniform material flow within the weighing section. The direct outcome of these factors is improved measurement accuracy.

 

2. More Stable Performance

The single-idler scale has only one set of weighing idlers. When there are slight changes in the operating status of the belt conveyor, the zero point of the belt scale shifts, making its stability significantly affected by the conveyor. The multi-idler double-lever scale frame, with more sets of weighing idlers and a longer weighing section, experiences minimal zero point shifts when the operating status of the belt conveyor or other weighing conditions change, ensuring better stability.

 

3. Strong Environmental Adaptability

Electronic belt scales are often used in industrial settings with dust, off-center material loads, belt misalignment, etc. The multi-idler double-lever structure can effectively overcome the impact of these factors on accuracy, demonstrating stronger environmental adaptability.

 

4. Wider Range of Weighed Materials

In mining and other settings, the weighing of large materials is common. During transportation, these materials may experience uneven flow, with periodic overloading or no material on the belt. Furthermore, large materials can cause belt deformation, significantly affecting measurement. The multi-idler double-lever electronic belt scale has a long weighing section and a sturdy frame, greatly reducing the impact of large materials and providing much higher measurement accuracy than single-idler belt scales. Therefore, in terms of weighed objects, the multi-idler double-lever structure has a wider application range.
